You are invited to attend our free morning tea provided by WaCC and CDEA on Sunday morning, 9 June, 7am to 11.30 We are celebrating World Environment Day at the picnic area in front of the Brisbane City Council Pooh Corner Bushland Reserve. Our Pooh Corner Environment centre is onsite at 100 Wolston Road Wacol, just near the Sumner Park Industrial area off Spine Street.

PROGRAM

7.00 to 9.30 am – Birders will see the winter birds and, as it gets light later in winter, there will be lots of them out and about.

8.00 to 9.30 am –  Walkers can enjoy the Nature Walk along a 3.9 k level track through beautiful eucalypt woodland

9.30 to 10.30 am – We will relax over morning tea in the picnic area

10.30 to 11.30 am – Geckoes Wildlife will entertain us with their friendly native animals.
