There has been not one, but two sightings of Platypus at Pooh corner (Sandy Creek) recently.  In both cases they were spotted by a BCC contractor (Ecosure) who were hired to do some bush rehabilitation and restoration.

Back in July we held a Platypus workshop with WPSQ experts, but on that particular occasion we were not able to make any sightings.

So it is great news to hear that indeed we do have Platypus in our local creeks.
