Wolston and Centenary Catchments (WaCC) group organised a successful Clean Up Australia Day initiative on Tuesday, 9th March 2010 with businesses at the Synergy Park industrial estate in Carole Park.

The focus of the clean up was the bushland and wetlands bordering the estate and along the adjacent Sandy Creek corridor.

Sandy Creek is one of the two main tributaries of Wolston Creek.
